Make a daily schedule and try to stick to it the best you can. If you have a schedule that is unorganized this can cause you stress. By organizing your schedule you will know what you have planned for the day and you will know what responsibilities you have to take on.

It is important for you to be as organized as possible in order to manage your stress and anxiety. Many people are not very organized and that can cause for a lot of frustration and anxiety. Simply putting things in a designated place can cut back on the anxiety you experience.
